PURCHASE RULES
1. General Provisions These Purchase – Sale Rules (hereinafter – the Agreement) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in this online store.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase – Sale Agreement The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer has created a shopping cart in the online store, paid for the goods, or selected payment upon delivery and received an order confirmation via email.
3. Protection of Buyer's Data All information related to personal data is collected in order to:
process orders for goods or services;
resolve issues related to the presentation or delivery of goods;
fulfill other contractual obligations.
4. Buyer's Rights (Returns) The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement by notifying the Seller via email at info@topbaterija.lv no later than within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the item. No questions asked and no forms to fill out! Money is returned to the Buyer's account within 7 business days. A Buyer wishing to return a non-defective item of good quality shall cover the transportation costs. The returned item must be safely packaged and must not have lost its commercial appearance.
5. Buyer's Obligations The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. The Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of login data. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
6. Seller's Rights The Seller reserves the right to terminate the provision of services without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to damage the operation of the store. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer, after receiving the invoice, does not pay it within 3 (three) business days. If an incorrect price appears in the online store due to system errors, the Seller has the right to cancel the order after informing the Buyer.
7. Seller's Obligations The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the specified address. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered item, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous item. If the Buyer refuses, the money is returned within 7 (seven) business days.
8. Other Conditions and Dispute Resolution These rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. You may submit a request/complaint regarding a product or service purchased in our online store to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or fill out a request form on the EGS platform:
9. Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment The user may dispose of waste electrical and electronic equipment at specialized collection points.
