I. COMPATIBILITY AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

1. How do I know if the battery/charger will fit my computer? The best way is to check not only the computer model but also the part code on your old battery or charger (e.g., "J1KND", "PA-1650-02"). Enter this code into the search bar on our website. If you are unsure, send a photo of your old part to us at info@topbaterija.lv – we will help you choose the correct one.

2. Will a higher capacity (mAh/Wh) battery damage my computer? Absolutely not. Higher capacity (e.g., 5200mAh instead of 4400mAh) simply means the computer will run longer without a power cord. It’s like having a larger fuel tank in a car – it doesn’t harm the engine; it just allows you to drive further.

3. My old battery voltage is 10.8V, but yours is 11.1V. Is it compatible? Yes, it is. 10.8V and 11.1V (as well as 14.4V and 14.8V) are effectively the same parameters; different manufacturers simply label them differently. They are fully compatible. However, if the difference is significant (e.g., 10.8V vs. 14.8V), the battery will not fit.

4. Are these original batteries? We sell high-quality compatible replacements (analogs). They are manufactured using identical cells and quality standards as the originals, while the price is 3–4 times better.

5. How should I correctly start using a new battery? Upon receiving a new battery, we recommend charging it to 100%, then using the computer on battery power until it discharges to about 10–15%. Repeat this cycle 2–3 times. This "primes" the battery cells for maximum performance.

II. ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

6. Do you have the items in stock? Yes! All items marked as "In Stock" on our website are physically located in our warehouse. We ship to Latvia on the same or the next business day, so you won't have to wait for weeks.

7. Can I pay for the goods at the time of delivery? Yes! We offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service. You can pay by card or cash directly to the courier or at the parcel locker (if the specific terminal supports it) when you receive your package. This is a safe and convenient way to shop.

8. What are the available payment methods? You can pay via online banking (Paysera), bank transfer, or by card/cash upon delivery (COD).

9. I didn't receive an invoice; where can I find it? Invoices are automatically sent to your specified email address immediately after the order is fulfilled. Please check your "Spam/Junk" folder. If you still cannot find it, write to us at info@topbaterija.lv, and we will resend it.

10. Is TOP Baterija a VAT payer? Yes, we are a registered VAT payer. All prices on the website already include VAT.

III. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

11. What should I do if I bought a battery, but it doesn't fit? No problem! We offer an extended 30-day return guarantee. If the item shows no signs of use, just write to us – we will exchange it for the correct one or issue a full refund.

12. What warranty is provided? All batteries and chargers come with a 24-month quality warranty. We stand behind our products and ensure a quick resolution in case of any issues.
